About me

I believe one of the most important parts of therapy is having a place where you can simply be yourself. Life can be complicated, and you don’t have to sort it all out before you walk through the door. I mean, that’s kind of the point of therapy, right?

My goal is to offer a space where you feel safe, accepted, and supported as we make sense of things together.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults, and have experience helping people through a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, emotional regulation, and everyday stress. No two people experience these challenges in the same way, so I believe therapy should be just as individual as the people I work with.

Healing happens when people feel safe enough to be honest—without worrying about saying the wrong thing or being judged. I tend to bring a steady, grounded presence into the room and I won’t be rattled by what you bring. You don’t have to protect me from your story.

my approach

My approach is collaborative and tailored to your needs. I draw from evidence-based therapies including TF-CBT, ACT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, and self-compassion practices, always with the understanding that the relationship we build is just as important as the techniques we use.

My Christian faith is an important part of my life and informs the compassion and hope I bring to my work. I enjoy working with people from all backgrounds and beliefs and strive to create a space where each client feels respected, understood, and supported. If faith is something you’d like to incorporate into therapy, I’m happy to make space for that in a way that aligns with your goals.
